International Procurement & Supply Chain
International sourcing, vendor evaluation, procurement planning, expediting and supply-chain control for infrastructure, industrial and EPC projects.

International procurement starts with package strategy and market intelligence rather than the issue of a purchase order. Gokbilge supports the identification of qualified manufacturers, specialist suppliers and regional sources by technical fit, production capacity, reference base, origin, delivery route, commercial terms, warranty obligations and project-specific approval requirements.
Requests for quotation and bid evaluations are structured so price can be compared together with compliance, exclusions, delivery period, manufacturing slot, payment terms, Incoterms, inspection requirements, documentation, spares, training, warranty and after-sales obligations. A low ex-works price is not necessarily the lowest landed or installed project cost.
The procurement schedule is connected to engineering release dates, vendor-data requirements, manufacturing durations, inspection points, shipment windows, customs clearance and site need dates. Long-lead items are managed against the integrated project programme, with expediting and escalation actions triggered before a supplier delay becomes a construction delay.
Supplier due diligence can include legal entity, ownership, manufacturing location, sanctions and trade restrictions, export-control exposure, quality systems, financial capacity, current workload, subcontracted manufacturing, logistics dependence and historical delivery performance. Specialist legal, sanctions, tax or export-control opinions remain with qualified advisers where required.
Contract and purchase-order terms are reviewed from the execution side to align scope, delivery, liquidated damages, performance testing, securities, warranties, title and risk transfer, inspection, documentation, claims, change control and termination with the prime contract. Procurement assumptions that cannot be flowed through to suppliers are identified as residual contractor risk.
The result is a controlled supply chain in which engineering, procurement, logistics and site priorities operate from one register. Gokbilge can maintain package status, vendor-data schedules, inspection and shipment milestones, expediting actions, commercial changes and delivery risk through award, manufacture, transport and site receipt.
