About Gokbilge

Gokbilge combines EPC delivery, construction and contracting, technical-commercial advisory and multidisciplinary engineering for complex projects from tender formation through operational handover.

Corporate engineering meeting room with industrial context prepared for partnership and client discussions.

Gokbilge Engineering focuses on multidisciplinary project delivery where engineering intent, field execution and operational readiness must remain coordinated.

Its scope covers EPC, technical advisory, owner's engineering, site installation, testing and commissioning across energy, industrial and infrastructure environments.

Software, intelligent hardware and applied technology products are developed by Gokbilge Tech as part of the same company group.

How we work

A project-delivery company built around accountable execution

01

Engineering, contracting and advisory under one project view

Gokbilge works across four connected service pillars: EPC delivery, construction and contracting, technical-commercial advisory and multidisciplinary engineering. The company is structured for projects where design decisions, procurement commitments, site execution, contract obligations and commissioning readiness cannot be managed as isolated activities.

This combined model allows Gokbilge to support a project at different levels of responsibility. Depending on the assignment, the role may range from bid and tender support or owner-side engineering to construction contracting, package delivery or integrated EPC responsibility. The common principle is that scope, interfaces, decisions and evidence remain traceable from the point they are created to the point they affect cost, programme, quality or acceptance.

  • Construction and contracting
  • Tender, commercial and contract advisory
  • Multidisciplinary engineering

Project experience since 1997

Gokbilge's project references extend back to 1997 and include infrastructure, transportation, industrial facilities, buildings and public-sector work in Türkiye and international project environments. The portfolio includes EPC assignments, construction contracts, engineering and design services, specialist mechanical and SCADA scopes, project management and tender or business-development support.

The value of this history is not the number of sectors alone. It is the accumulated understanding of how project delivery changes when the client, financing structure, contract form, approval environment, geography or operating constraints change. A railway corridor, an operating industrial plant, a public building and a grid-connected energy asset require different controls even when many of the same engineering disciplines are involved.

03

A delivery model built around interfaces and accountability

Complex projects fail at interfaces more often than they fail inside a single discipline. Gokbilge therefore places particular emphasis on scope boundaries, responsibility matrices, interface registers, decision logs, procurement-package dependencies and system-based completion. Engineering information is connected to what suppliers must deliver, what contractors can build and what commissioning teams must eventually prove.

Progress is treated as an evidence problem as well as a planning problem. Approved documents, material status, completed inspections, measured quantities, test results, outstanding decisions and contractual notices provide a more reliable picture of delivery than unsupported percentage-complete reporting. This approach improves visibility for owners and gives contractors a clearer basis for sequencing work and escalating constraints.

04

From tender formation to operational handover

Gokbilge can enter the project lifecycle before contract award. Tender strategy, qualification, bid pricing, JV or consortium structuring, procurement planning and commercial review help test whether an opportunity is executable before commitments are made. After award, the same project logic continues through engineering, procurement, contracting, construction control, quality, HSE, commercial management and claims administration.

Completion is planned as a controlled transition to operation rather than a final construction event. Testing, commissioning, punch closure, as-built information, training, acceptance evidence and outstanding obligations are organized around systems and handover boundaries. The objective is an asset that can be accepted, operated and maintained with a clear record of what was delivered and under which criteria.

05

Management systems and controlled delivery

Gokbilge maintains management systems covering quality, environment, occupational health and safety and information security. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 27001 provide a formal management-system framework for how requirements, records, environmental aspects, site risks and project information are controlled.

Certification does not replace project-specific controls. Contract requirements, Employer specifications, applicable regulations, inspection and test plans, method statements, permit systems, data-access rules and project registers still have to be translated into operational controls for each assignment. The management-system framework provides consistency; the project plan defines how that consistency is applied to the actual work.

06

Gokbilge and Gokbilge Tech

Gokbilge's engineering and project-delivery activities are complemented within the group by Gokbilge Tech, which develops software, intelligent hardware and applied technology products. The relationship allows technology capability to exist alongside project engineering without confusing the responsibility of the two businesses.

For clients, the distinction is deliberate: Gokbilge's project-delivery proposition remains focused on EPC, contracting, advisory and engineering, while Gokbilge Tech develops technology products and platforms. Where a project benefits from software, automation, data or intelligent-hardware capability, the two can work within a coordinated group relationship while retaining clear scope ownership.
