Quality control is most effective when acceptance evidence is designed before fabrication or installation begins. Gokbilge converts contract requirements, specifications, drawings, codes, approved submittals and manufacturer instructions into a Project Quality Plan, discipline-specific inspection and test plans and traceable inspection registers.

Hold points, witness points, review points, responsible parties and required records are defined before the work reaches an irreversible stage. This reduces the risk of discovering after concealment, shipment or energization that the evidence required for acceptance was never produced.

Quality surveillance extends upstream into procurement. Material certificates, approved manufacturers, welding qualifications, calibration records, manufacturing procedures, inspection releases, FAT records and preservation requirements are checked against the purchase order and project specification.

Traceability is maintained where the project requires it, linking delivered material or equipment to certificates, heat numbers, serial numbers, inspection releases and installation location. Supplier deviations are controlled before shipment rather than becoming site problems after the logistics chain has already committed cost and time.

Site quality records verify that work proceeds from approved drawings, method statements, materials and inspection points. Inspection requests, test results, dimensional checks, torque records, weld inspections, concrete records, cable tests and equipment installation checks are linked to the relevant work package.

Nonconformances are classified, assigned and closed through evidence rather than informal agreement. NCRs, corrective actions, concessions, repair procedures and reinspection are tracked so the project understands both the immediate defect and whether a systemic cause could repeat elsewhere.

Inspection and test evidence should progressively build the turnover dossier rather than be assembled from scattered files at the end of the project. Gokbilge can structure package-level quality dossiers, punch records, certificates, FAT/SAT results, calibration evidence, as-built support and final release records around system and handover boundaries.

The client receives an auditable quality trail that supports acceptance, commissioning, warranty administration and later operation.
