Project experience

Delivery context and execution approach

The sections below add technical context to the published project facts without introducing undisclosed commercial or customer claims.

01

High-security official residence construction

Gokbilge delivered construction of the official residence of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in Ankara. The assignment combined full residence construction with finishing and systems standards appropriate to a high-security official facility and required coordination with parliamentary authorities.

Projects of this type demand disciplined control of access, workmanship and interface information. Architectural finishes, technical systems and security-related requirements have to be sequenced so completed work is protected while specialist activities can still be inspected and accepted.

02

Controlled completion and stakeholder coordination

Close-out on an official residence requires more than general building completion. Outstanding works, specialist systems, final finishes and stakeholder observations need to be consolidated into a controlled completion process before final handover.

The project demonstrates Gokbilge's experience delivering sensitive public-sector building work where quality, confidentiality, access and formal stakeholder coordination influence the way construction is planned and accepted.
