Mina Suites housing complex EPC construction, Denizli

Gokbilge delivered the Mina Suites housing complex in Denizli under EPC scope, covering full building construction and MEP-system installation through handover for residential occupancy. Residential developments require repeated coordination between structure, façades, interior finishes and building services across many similar units.

A controlled sequence helps prevent technical work from being trapped behind completed finishes and allows quality issues to be corrected before they repeat across multiple apartments. Material approvals, sample areas and consistent inspection criteria are therefore important controls in a multi-unit residential programme.

Residential handover requires more than completion of visible finishes. Building services, common areas, access systems and unit-level outstanding items need to be consolidated so occupancy does not begin with unresolved technical defects or unclear responsibilities.

The project demonstrates Gokbilge's ability to carry a residential development from construction through technical completion and handover, maintaining continuity between building works, MEP installation and the practical conditions required for occupancy.
