The completed mall held 70 shops, 2 hypermarkets, 4 cinema screens, 4 fast-food outlets and a go-kart and bowling venue.
All site infrastructure was completed alongside the mall, including 29,560 sqm of roads and open-air parking and 22,000 sqm of landscaped green space.
A separate Congress Centre and Exhibition Fair Hall, with an 8,000 sqm seating area and 12,000 sqm of total construction area, was built on a hill south of the mall overlooking the site, using a reinforced-concrete frame with steel construction and precast structural elements.
