Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Policy

Gokbilge's commitment to gender equality, equal pay for equal work, and the prohibition of child labor, aligned with UN and ILO conventions.

Corporate engineering meeting room with industrial context prepared for partnership and client discussions.

Gokbilge Engineering, together with its group companies including Gokbilge Tech, commits to equal opportunity, non-discrimination and respect for human rights across all locations, projects and subcontracted work.

Gender equality is applied to recruitment, promotion, training access and workplace conduct. Equal pay for equal work is enforced regardless of gender, and remuneration decisions are reviewed against role and performance criteria, not personal characteristics.

Child labor is prohibited without exception, across direct employment, subcontractors and the supply chain. Minimum working age and workplace conditions are verified as part of contractor and vendor qualification.

This policy is aligned with the UN Global Compact's Ten Principles, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the UN Women's Empowerment Principles, and ILO Conventions No. 100 (Equal Remuneration), No. 111 (Discrimination), No. 138 (Minimum Age) and No. 182 (Worst Forms of Child Labour).

Concerns or reports related to this policy can be raised at info@gokbilge.com and are reviewed under a confidential process.
