Karaman-Ulukisla high-speed railway construction, Suleoglu-Ayranci section

The Karaman-Ulukisla line is part of a wider approximately 135 km double-track high-speed rail corridor designed for speeds above 250 km/h. Gokbilge's scope on the Suleoglu-Ayranci section covered 23 km of double-track railway infrastructure and superstructure, including 1.2 km of tunnel works executed using the New Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM).

The first line has been completed and is awaiting test clearance before traffic is diverted from the existing line, at which point disassembly and excavation begin on the second line. A geological fault fracture encountered during later tunnel segments introduced a schedule delay on the phase 2 works, which is being managed through revised sequencing and technical mitigation.
