Project experience

Delivery context and execution approach

The sections below add technical context to the published project facts without introducing undisclosed commercial or customer claims.

01

Hospitality construction and finish coordination

The Carpe Diem Claros project involved full construction of a five-star hotel in Izmir, including coordination of interior systems and finishes through handover for hospitality operation. Hotel projects combine guest-facing finish quality with dense building-services requirements, making sequencing between MEP installation, ceilings, partitions, finishes and specialist equipment a central delivery issue.

Rooms and public areas typically repeat similar interfaces at scale, so small coordination errors can multiply across many spaces. Controlled mock-ups, area-by-area completion logic and disciplined interface management help maintain consistency while allowing multiple trades to work in parallel.

02

Handover for hospitality operation

Operational handover requires guest areas, back-of-house spaces and technical systems to reach readiness together. Building-services testing, outstanding works, access for maintenance and final finish completion need to be coordinated so opening preparation is not disrupted by unresolved construction activity.

The project demonstrates Gokbilge's ability to connect construction completion with the practical requirements of an operating hospitality asset. That focus helps reduce the gap between a visually completed building and a facility that can be reliably occupied and managed.
