Gokbilge Engineering acts as data controller for personal data collected through this website, project correspondence, tender processes and recruitment, and processes it in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where EU data subjects or operations are involved, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

Personal data is collected and processed only for defined, lawful purposes: responding to inquiries, managing contracts and tenders, meeting legal and regulatory obligations, and safeguarding site and information security. Data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.

Data subjects may request access to, correction of, or erasure of their personal data, may object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, for EU data subjects, their local supervisory authority. Requests are acknowledged and addressed within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Information security controls are maintained under Gokbilge's ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management system, covering access control, data handling, incident response and vendor security requirements. Personal data is not sold, and is shared with third parties only where necessary for contract performance, legal compliance, or with explicit consent.
