In line with this commitment, we are pleased to publish our <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"942\">Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for 2025\u20132027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1299\">This plan is a public, management-endorsed document that outlines our approach to strengthening gender equality across our organisational culture and our R&amp;D activities. It also supports G\u00f6kbilge\u2019s alignment with good practice in European research and innovation frameworks, including the <strong data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1298\">Horizon Europe Gender Equality Plan eligibility expectations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1326\">What this plan covers<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1417\">Our GEP addresses the five recommended thematic areas with concrete measures and targets:<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1473\">1) Work-life balance and organisational culture<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1804\">We are implementing structured flexible working practices where roles allow, improving managerial accountability for inclusive leadership, and promoting healthier meeting and workload norms.<br data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1667\" \/><strong data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1686\">Targets include<\/strong> wider access to flexible work options for eligible roles and improved employee feedback on work-life balance by 2027.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1864\">2) Gender balance in leadership and decision-making<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"2198\">We aim to strengthen representation and transparency in leadership pathways through balanced shortlists when feasible, clear selection criteria, and mentoring\/sponsorship opportunities.<br data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2053\" \/><strong data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2072\">Targets include<\/strong> improving women\u2019s representation in decision-making roles in line with our organisational scale and internal talent pipeline.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2263\">3) Gender equality in recruitment and career progression<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2581\">We are applying structured processes, gender-neutral and inclusive job advertising, and consistent evaluation criteria to support fair hiring and advancement.<br data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2425\" \/><strong data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2444\">Targets include<\/strong> systematic use of inclusive language checks and structured interview scoring, as well as equal access to training and skill development.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2637\">4) Integration of the gender dimension into R&amp;D<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2983\">As a company active in software, SCADA, electronics, and data-driven solutions, we will introduce a practical check to assess whether the gender dimension is relevant for each new R&amp;D initiative.<br data-start=\"2833\" data-end=\"2836\" \/><strong data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"2855\">Targets include<\/strong> ensuring that new R&amp;D proposals include a brief statement on gender relevance and documenting this assessment where applicable.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2985\" data-end=\"3062\">5) Measures against gender-based violence, including sexual harassment<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3063\" data-end=\"3355\">We maintain a zero-tolerance approach. Confidential reporting routes, non-retaliation commitments, defined response timelines, and annual training are core parts of this plan.<br data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3241\" \/><strong data-start=\"3241\" data-end=\"3260\">Targets include<\/strong> annual anti-harassment training for all staff and timely, fair handling of any formal reports.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3357\" data-end=\"3390\">Governance and accountability<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3609\">To ensure effective implementation, G\u00f6kbilge will appoint a <strong data-start=\"3452\" data-end=\"3476\">Gender Equality Lead<\/strong> and establish a <strong data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3514\">GEP Working Group<\/strong>. We will allocate dedicated time and resources for training, awareness, and annual evaluation.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3611\" data-end=\"3644\">Monitoring and annual updates<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3646\" data-end=\"3904\">We will collect and review <strong data-start=\"3673\" data-end=\"3702\">gender-disaggregated data<\/strong> on workforce composition, recruitment, career progression, training participation, and workplace culture.
