Scadify Automon is a next-generation industrial automation and energy management platform designed for factories, renewable energy plants, commercial buildings, remote facilities and critical infrastructure sites.

Platform Architecture

PrimeOn is the main processing and control unit of the Scadify platform. It manages field communication, protocol services, local data processing, alarm logic and edge analytics.
It supports simultaneous industrial protocol operation and enables protocol hot-swap without restarting the full system. This helps operators integrate different field devices while maintaining continuity in live industrial environments.

It measures key electrical parameters such as active power, reactive power, apparent power, current, voltage, power factor, phase imbalance and harmonic distortion.
Its software-assisted calibration layer supports reliable field measurements under changing temperature and load conditions.

AirOn
Dual-Radio Wireless Communication Module
AirOn combines LoRa and Zigbee communication in a single industrial module.
LoRa provides long-range, low-power telemetry for remote assets and outdoor sites, while Zigbee enables short-range mesh communication for dense sensor networks inside buildings or industrial zones.
AirOn’s adaptive channel management helps improve wireless reliability in electrically noisy field environments.
